Hey y’all… I’m glad we’re here. This isn’t a training, this isn’t me teaching—this is really just a real conversation.

I’m in a transition season myself. After closing my spa and going full-time into the nonprofit, I had to sit down and really audit what I was doing, how I was moving, and what actually made sense for where I am now.

So this conversation is just that… us checking in with ourselves and each other.

Because one thing I’ve learned—what worked before won’t always work in your next season.
